Brentwood Classic 5K fun Run and children's Run Saturday, August 14th, 2010 8:00 am
Touched by Grace is Running for the Children
Join Touched by Grace in their first 5k run that is geared toward bringing the community together and helping children both locally and in Ukraine, and other places around the world where the needs exist. 10% of the proceeds from the 5K fun run will go to help the Tennessee Baptist Children's home locally here in Brentwood, TN. The other 90% will go to help Orphans and children in need.

Touched by Grace 1st annual Golf Tournament at the Governor's Club

On Monday, October 11th 2010, Touched by Grace will host the Touched by Grace 2010 Golf Challenge at The Governors Club. The golf challenge event is a vehicle through which players “make friends and raise money” to support the outreach programs of Touched by Grace. We do this by recruiting captains and players who will commit to mailing a sponsorship letter and a Touched by Grace brochure to at least 50 people. A sample letter will be provided along with the Touched by Grace brochure. Our goal this year is to raise $75,000 through this event. We do this through 15 teams of 4.

Targeted Israel Project November, December 2010 & January 2011
Touched by Grace is working on plans to return to Israel this fall to launch the prayer, praise, and intercession home in Northern Israel, in addition provide opportunities for individuals to come to the Holy Land and learn about the roots of their faith.
Touched by Grace would like to announce that Becki Fortner will
be expanding her ministry and partnering with us to launch the prayer,
praise, and intercession ministry in Northern Israel. We are excited about the
opportunity this brings for Women at the Well, others in partnership with
Becki, and Touched by Grace.
For such a time as this, Becki, Todd, Rose and others will join hands to
support not only the nation of Israel but the people of God that He has
chosen to share His redeeming love to the world. Through prayer, praise,
intercession and a fullness of the joy of the Lord which is our strength, we
will reach the world one person at a time.
Becki has been divinely led to Touched by Grace and confirmed in
a way that our hearts and hands line up with the will of the Lord. These
confirmations could have only come from Him, which were based on prayer and
intercession.
We have been encouraged, humbled and released into His sweet presence as we
seek His plan this fall for the House of Prayer and Praise in Northern
Israel. Our unity with God's plan for Israel, I believe, is providential in
the wake of our current government and other global responses.
