Over the past year and half Rose and I have watched the Lord unveil the ministry arms that He is asking us to oversee and operate in. We are excited about how God is giving us His plans according to Jeremiah 29:11. We know that these Arms of Ministry will be more than what Rose and I can do. We are excited to watch God raise up people to go with us into the Harvest field and begin to help with these different areas of Ministry. For now we wait upon the Lord until He releases the people to go with us into the Harvest field.
We encourage you to read how the Lord has been working in our lives as we continually seek to walk in His precepts and ways for our life.
Our number one goal is to help equip people for service and to help them understand their individual and corporate callings. We see "Harvesters" who need to realize and understand the "Harvests" that are all around them.
"Reaching the World One Person at a Time"
The Hebraic education arm helps educate people on the principles of the Word of God. The need to understand what it means to be grafted into the covenant. There are many opportunities today to help the Western church understand their Jewish roots and embrace the need to reach out and bless the nation of Israel. We do this through Feast Celebrations, books that equip them in understanding the history of the Jews and the covenant that people have been grafted into through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We focus on teaching the life of the promise through Jesus Christ and the empowerment of the Spirit in an individuals life. We have a Heart for Israel.
B. Israel Discovery Trips:
Our Christian Israel Trips are designed to guide individuals in understanding the importance of Israel in today's society and help small groups of people experience an overview of the land that was, and is, so central in understanding the current time and season we are living in.
The ministry offers trips from Metula to Eilat on the edge of the Red Sea. We tailor each trip including such places as Capernaum, Jerusalem, Haifa, Masada and many others. There are no limits to how we can put the trips together including the ruins of Bethsaida in the Galilee, walking in the footsteps of Jesus, We allow the Holy Spirit to guide our time together while in the Holy land.
C. Crusade Preaching & Teaching:
Relationships are being built right now with various countries that would like us to come and share with them about Christ and His love. God is already working on our hearts and is bringing people into our lives through relationship that have amazing gifts of both teaching and preaching. We are looking forward to seeing them raised up and sent out to preach and teach others about the Word of God and its saving grace.
Missions/Evangelism:
A. Harvest School of Evangelism:
The Harvest School of Evangelism Training is an intensive 40 hour course preparing nationals to share their faith. Currently we are having the school translated into Arabic, Russian, Hebrew, and Amharic. The school uses puppets, music, and drama in a very practical way. Our role is to administrate and implement the school all over the world.
B. Missions:
We have begun training individuals and preparing them to go on the mission field. Todd and Rose have been to 12 different countries around the world. They have served in short term projects and now are operating as career missionaries and ministers of the Gospel around the world. We currently have invitations to various nations to take the Gospel. The ministry as of January 16, 2009 just commissioned Taylor Broderick for 2 years overseas on the mission field. We are excited to watch other people be raised up and sent forth into the Harvest fields that are ripe for picking.
A. Fragile Rain (formerly Shalom for Israel):
This Food and Clothing pantry helps both Jews and Arabs in Northern Israel. As people are in need in Israel or new immigrants are coming into the land of Israel, they may find themselves in need of food or clothing. We have the ability to go into these homes asses the needs and help them transition during difficult times.
This also allows us the opportunity to pray over the families we work with. We partner with the existing local churches and the government to help facilitate the needs. We use our own translators to help in the areas where there is a language barrier. We work with Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, or Amharic languages.
Counseling and Discipleship:
A. Marriage and Premarital Counseling:
We are able to present an objective look at couples relationships and encourage them to learn how to live and love in unity with one another as the Bible tells us to. Rose is a certified Marriage Mentor from Life Innovations (since 1997) and administers the Prepare/Enrich seminar for couples.
Rose and Todd have been married for over 14 years and have 4 children of their own. Rose and Todd understand the difficulties that come with marriage. As we were told when we were married, "Marriage is the Life-Long glorious process of working out incompatibilities." Rose and Todd also offer pre-marital counseling over numerous weeks before getting married. Rose and Todd are ordained to conduct the ceremony for couples seeking to be married.
B. Life Coaching/Discipleship:
The Touched by Grace Life Coach Connection enables people to be brought to a place with the Lord so they can understand their individual situations, move through them, and be equipped for the next level of service for him. We see this as Discipleship of people that eagerly desire to know the Lord in deeper way. Rose and I individually work with people on a one on one basis. This is done through email, phone calls, one on one in person meetings.
C. Womens Retreats:
Touched by Grace Women's Retreats are touching women and allowing them to slow their lives down and focus on quieting themselves before the Lord. These retreats are designed to bring about an environment where women can develop intimacy with their Creator and then put the principles they have learned at the retreat to work in their daily lives.
