Wow - What a beautiful trip.  Liz and Marisa arrived safely in Israel on Saturday the 7th.  We have hit it off well and work as a team.

We are thankful that the headache (almost a migraine) that Liz had on Sunday went away quickly and by Monday morning she was ready to roll.  We accomplished a lot traveling all over the Northern part of Israel.  We even covered places that I have never been too, so that was fun.  This time I got to see Bet She'an and explore the ruins there. God made smooth connections between sites and only one close call on the highway.  And I have only made about two wrong turns so I think I am doing pretty good overall.  Maps are a big help!

We had one little divine appointment in Nazareth when an elderly lady asked us if we speak English.  She had just been dropped off by the taxi and was looking for the guest house she was supposed to walk too.  We were able to use my phone and call to find out directions for her.  She was so thankful and blessed us several times.  I thank God for putting us there at the right moment to be her hands and help her in her time of need.

Marisa - who will be 13 in two weeks - learned alot and seems to think maybe she should move here someday.  We made cookies together one night and experimented making chocolate pancakes.

We were able to visit the little clinic that we take the children to for vaccinations.  Yvonne, (in the above picture) the nurse, was so excited to see me and thankful for the clothes that Liz and Marisa brought along.  They work with many poor people in the area so they will be put to good use.

On our last day in Tiberius we were able to sail on a replica of what they call the Jesus boat.  Liz and Marisa enjoyed spending time on the water where Christ would have sailed.

The Dead Sea  was really enjoyed by Liz and Marisa.  They found it to be very relaxing and surprised at the vegetation around Ein Gedi where King David hid out.

Jerusalem provided a divine appointment when we visited the Temple Institute.  We were included on a 40 minute tour hosted by Rabbi Glick.  He is the Chief Rabbi that oversees the Temple Institute studies.  For those of you who are not familiar with the Temple Institute; these are the people responsible for the studies and replicas of the Third Temple rebuilding process.

Thank you for your prayer covering as we traveled.  Everone returned safely to the United States. Liz and Marisa had the opportunity to fly home on the same plane as the lady we met in Nazareth and it was a blessing to see how God put her in their lives again.
