Rose graduated from Taylor University in 1994 with a B.A. in Christian Education and a Psychology minor. She and her husband Todd have been married over 15 years and have four children: Josiah, Abigail, Sarah, & Rachel. Rose is a licensed marriage counselor with Prepare/Enrich Seminars. These retreats are designed to give women the opportunity to have 24 hours away from the hustle and bustle of life and quiet themselves before the Lord.
After a successful career in the marketplace, the Lord gave Rose the opportunity in 2005 to attend a retreat that changed her life. In 2007 Rose and Todd were ordained as ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since then she has been leading women to deeper places with their Heavenly Father.

Thank you so much for all the hard work that you did to make this such a great retreat! I have never been on one before, but I have to say that this was an experience I will never forget! I feel closer to God, and got to know alot of nice ladies. I am going to continue with the journal now, thanks to this trip and I plan on trying to make some changes to improve myself Spiritually.
The food was wonderful. It was a real treat to have someone cook for me as I am usually the one to do it. I know you are serving God well and you will be rewarded for it. I really appreciate what you are doing and know that great things will happen as we continue to serve Him.
